From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.
