Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job. Paul replaced the windows and a door in my 2 story garage. He turned up when he said he would , did the work professionally and left the area clean and tidy. When I asked for a bit of extra work (repainting the fascia board) he called round to check the site, and arranged for a colleague to do this. Price very competitive compared to the big companies.

The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.
