My name is Jozsef Krausz. I am a London Wimbledon based maker with over 15 years of experience in creating bespoke pieces. I also work with various materials and techniques, such as antique furniture restoration, French polishing, sculptures and decorative handmade items using wood, steel, resin, concrete, leather or whatever the project may require. My mission is to restore the legacy and beauty of handmade furniture and true craftsmanship. The aim is to create heirloom-quality pieces that can be handed over to the next generation. I can help you discover options and materials. Assist you with creative solutions, working out concepts to become a reality. I have worked with some of the UK leading interior designers and housing developers. I also created my line of designs which I launched in 2018 at the 100% Design show in Kensington Olympia.
We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Joe helped us through the design process sending drawings and colour options. He delivered the furniture a few weeks ago and we love it! It looks as if it has always been there and we’ve had lots of compliments. Joe wants to make sure you love the pieces he creates, couldn’t recommend him enough.
Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Where and when appropriately we have an electrician and plumber on the team that can competently carry out works and sign off respectively. I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.
