Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

The work was assessed initially but on inspection more work was required and the quote was amended and the extra work carried out. Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly.
