A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us. From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. We're that confident in the value we deliver. But above all, we believe every customer should feel valued. I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Would heartily recommend and they seem to cater for all jobs concerning the garden. Well done lads and thank you.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
