I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. The initial finish looked good, but the door no longer closed properly afterwards and required a return visit at additional cost. While I can’t be certain the issue was caused by the work, we had no prior problems. More concerning was my tenant’s experience, describing the contractor as unprofessional and making her feel uncomfortable. I will not use them again.

Keith and team did an excellent job replacing a rotten window sill and repairing some rot in the window frame. From minute one Keith had a “Can-do” attitude and was confident a high quality repair would be possible when many others before immediately said the entire window needed replaced. The result was excellent and I’d highly recommend.

James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.
