So glad Tom came to do the job. He called. He asked questions. Provided information. He arrived at the time, he said. He gave me information about what he noticed. Provided me with pictures. He fixed the issue I had highlighted and other issues. And was reasonably priced. All this while being incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with. He even made it easy to pay him providing several ways to do it. Fantastic. I am a very happy customer.
