Mark came out the same day when we ran out of hot water (the water tank in the loft had stopped filling and so was not sending water through to the hot water tank).. He sourced a replacement fitting and we were back in business! He was on time, friendly and helpful and the charge was reasonable.
Mark was prompt to carry out work, suggesting options and ensuring happy with choices. Mark completed work on time, was polite and very tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Very pleased with the job would highly recommend Mark friendly turn up on time and good value for money will be using him again .
We had no cold water upstairs, no taps, no shower, no bath and couldn’t flush the toilets! As a family with 3 young kids I was in desperate need for quick help. Mark responded to my enquiry almost immediately and was round in an hour to fix the issue. Great communication, explained his call out charges on the phone, talked through what the issues could be and potential scenarios. Thankfully it wasn’t anything too serious, but highly recommend Mark and will use again in the future
