My experience was bad with this company. After two visits and a survey, which involved inconvenience of setting up access ladders (which were heavy for me) to the loft they confirmed a quote, said they'd do the job and sent invoice for the deposit. The invoice they sent was incorrect amount (showing bigger sum) which they told me this was their error. The next day, when they were due to come to get my deposit, they pulled out of the job, leaving us very disappointed having turned others away.
