Gas Boiler - Installation
Stay Clear. We agreed in June for him to do a total boiler/heating install starting on 14th Sept. Stuart after getting the enquiry couldn't meet quick enough, he said all the right things. In August he switched off our heating and since then despite knowing we have 3 kids and no heat he has not engaged despite 9 texts, 5 messages, the only time I spoke to him was when he picked up the phone by mistake and bumbled an answer to get rid of me. Total disrespect to my family

Stuart gave us a competitive rate, explaining in detail the work that would be done. Correspondence was always swift and was flexible with his timings to do the job. He completed the work (installing a new boiler whilst removing and disposing the old one, fitting in new flu pipes and all other associated accessories) in the given timescales. The work was done very professionally. Highly recommended.

I posted the and Stuart called within 30 minutes and offered to come straight away as he was able to squeeze me between jobs. He is a polite, reliable man and the standard of work and cleanliness was excellent. I was happy with the price we agreed and Stuart didn't rush so I was confident that the job was completed to a good standard. I would recommend.

Came to disconnect my cooker and took the valve he took advantage of a disable woman really sad.

Removed bayonet on gas pipe and capped as per Gas Safe regulations with a view to reconnecting cooker at new property on the following Tuesday. Vanity couldn't wait for me, so got someone else on the Monday.
