Got the job done quickly. Awful comms after the job. In good faith I stupidly paid the bill before receiving the Invoice. 6 weeks later I have still not received the invoice. Not as a property investor I need these for Tax purposes so not ideal at all. I urge you not to pay this person before you receive all the paperwork you need
