Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Came on time,and was able to give a quote to mend the toilet, despite two other plumbers had said we would need a new toilet. Had the toilet mended the next day, I am still looking to change the sink soon, I will definitely get James to do it. Honest and very reasonable price. Thank you

Floor Tiling
Rescheduled twice and failed to turn up on (3rd) agreed date and no reply to texts to see if he was coming. Pity-early communication was great. But it cost me 3 days of work. Job went to someone reliable.
