Gary and Jan have done a fantastic job for us. Their quotation was clear and extremely competitive. We added a number of extra jobs, some of which were quite complicated (We had a rotten floor beneath an old leaking shower) but Gary did all repairs to a good standard. Communication was excellent, with Jan answering all phone calls and e mails quickly. I'm a chartered surveyor and estate agent based near Sheffield, and I can only praise this firm.

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment

A very unsatisfactory job done, it was very untidy and not what you would expect from a Professional tradesman, it was mainly the silicon work that was bad, plus the cement work around the outside drainage pipe was poor. Gary was pleasant enough and worked hard, but on closer inspection the finished article was very poor.

  After further things have come to light, I am appalled that this plumber can even be considered suitable to be a rated tradesman, X rated definitely! A untidier workman I have yet to meet, and this was reflected in his work. A new waste pipe was fitted under the shower he installed, and was pushed out through the external wall with such force that it pushed two bricks outwards, this was covered up by using concrete and was done so badly that had I known, I would never had paid him!
