Arrived at the time agreed, assessed & explained the work considered necessary. Resolved initial works requested. Established faulty valve for single radiator replacement needed, demonstrated fault clearly, agreed reasonable cost and returned at mutual point to conclude job. Polite and courteous throughout.

Curtis, was excellent. The job turned out to be more complicated than first thought. However he got the job done at no extra cost. I would highly recommend him.
