Very happy with quality of work, did an excellent job. Also 100% reliable and discussed everything in great detail, every step of the job. Its rare to meet a tradesman who returns your phonecalls immediately and turnsup as promised !

I have never seen a fibre glass roof before and was very impressed with how it looks. A few problems were discovered the original roof was not fixed to the wall properly and the vent from my extractor fan in the kitchen had to be moved both jobs were also completed. I was so impressed with everything that they are now doing the flat roofs on the house. Also repointing my chimney and installing new facia boards. The two men worked extremely hard in very hot weather. Both were very polite and well mannered

Responded and quoted really quickly, very polite and good communication. Although my husband sorted the problem when he came home. I would invite Justine to quote again. Note. Have put 5 stars for his work as I couldn’t post without putting something and wouldn’t want a low score, unfair.

The job turned out to be more complicated than expected but Justin and his team completed the job on time and on budget as quoted. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the clean up was meticulous and thorough. Throughout the several days of the job Justin and his team were polite, cheerful and willing to "go the extra mile".
I could not recommend them too highly, and am already in consultation for further work on my house. Many thanks, Justin !!

I cannot fault this company in any way. The workmanship has been first class - with great attention to detail. All the guys have been helpful, friendly, polite and also excellent at their respective jobs! The work started and finished within a reasonable time frame as stated prior to commencement. Justin also made helpful recommendations on suppliers and suggestions on the specification. No job seemed too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

My joiner has drilled holes in the finished oak veneer door frames and has just left the holes where the screws have gone in, how can I hide them without having to fill and sand the frames, is there any product I can use just to fill the holes to match the oak veneer?

I would look on the internet for oak plugs. They will match in fine.
Hi, I've had a flat roof extension built which completed about 6 months ago. The builder used EPDM material for the roof covering. I also had 2 skylights installed at the same time - on raised timber kerbs, each skylight is about 80cm away from the wall on the floor above. Behind one skylight it's fine, behind the other water pools after raining and stays there for a long time until it dries out and I can already see moulding green. My builder says he put curves in so the water runs away but can't see much of a curve on the side with the water issue. And he advises me that it won't be a problem as the material is fully sealed
Can you advise on this? Is this something to worry about and what remediation can I ask the builder to do? Note: I can already see a few bobbles elsewhere on the roof covering

Don't worry about it. It can't leak!
