Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).

I was extremely disappointed with the way this job panned out. Having fitted many doors and door frames over the years and never experienced any problems in fitting them. I had to offer the owner an apology and step aside as I did not want to cause further upset to them, however I was confident of being able to put it right had I been given the opportunity of doing so. This is the only piece of negative feedback I have ever had and I am extremely disappointed by it.
