Ryan and the team at FL Build did a fantastic job for us. Our project involved demolition work, extension and a complex refurbishment of our house over 6 months. Ryan delivered the project on time and in budget and built us an amazing family home. I would thoroughly recommend Ryan to anybody considering his company.
A professional builder with calm and sensible approach to the job. Considerate and tidy and respectful to the property and the neighbours. Good value and no problems with added extras, all work to a very high standard. 100% recommendation
The completed extension to our home far exceeded our original “vision” . The work carried out by Ryan and his team was “beautiful”. Ryan was organised and professional at all times. The whole area was swept and hoovered daily – including the garden ! - ( which is my wife's pride and joy ). Ryan organised all building control and planning permissions for me, all I had to do was pay ! - and that was the easy bit with the agreed stage payments. Everything was very clearly documented. Ryan was every thing that you hope for in a tradesman - punctual, reliable, tidy and fair. He quoted when he said he would, identified ways we could save money and came in and did a great job. Will definitely ring him next time we need something!
They quoted for a job and came in at a fraction of the cost of other quotes. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and able to work quickly, good time keeping and tidy, leaving no mess behind. Ryan knocked out walls / fireplaces / put in RSJ's where needed, bring up to standard a bad garage conversion including skimming and insulation of the floor, and was quick to reduce the price quoted when an RSJ was not needed ( as originally thought, but I would have been non the wiser). very highly recommended
