We are a London based construction company with a wealth of experience. Our fully qualified in-house team of engineers can help you turn around an old property with some much needed refurbishment, create a brand new space with a loft conversion, or even build an entirely new property. We also have expert carpenters on board who can create bespoke wardrobes, cabinets, under stairs storage or even garden shelters with full design and installation provided.
Our team all have a collective 30 years experience in the trade, transforming properties and commercial buildings in and around London and the surrounding areas. We believe in competitive quotations and offer a free site survey for peace of mind. We pride ourselves on being able to not only offer a top notch service to our customers, but also friendly and professional advice on anything our customers would like to task us with. We have many accreditations under our belt, such as Gas Safe, CHAS and Safe Contractors, so our customers can be sure they are in the right hands.

We are so so happy with Vlad and his team! They did a fantastic job on our bathroom and bedrooms! Normally you have to source different people ( electrician, plumber etc.) but Vlad had the whole team of professionals! Everything was finished on time as promised and nothing was too much for them! The prices were also very competitive! Really happy!

I can’t rate Vlad and his team highly enough! From the moment I put out my quote request to the finished job (a new bathroom) Vlad was nothing but professional and helpful. The finished product was better than I ever expected! They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for them.
