Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company.
I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years.
Although bricklaying, stonework and paving are my speciality, I do have a really wide skill set. Please see my gallery for examples.
I have been fortunate enough to gain building experience all over the world in Australia, Portugal, parts of Asia and the UK.
I enjoy working closely with customers and offer a bespoke service for all building needs.
Over the last few years I have begun focusing my work towards garden building design. I enjoy working on outdoor spaces as they offer opportunities for creativity without the limitations of planning restrictions. It is also high impact work. A garden can be changed a lot in just the space of a week or two. I appreciate the importance of listening to customers carefully, adding suggestions from previous designs and my own experience as needed.

Garden Wall
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke. He was on time, did an excellent quality job very efficiently, and added in some little extras free gratis. Very courteous at all times.
Concrete Driveway
We were so pleased with Luke’s work. He concreted our backyard. His work was perfect. He worked so hard and did a huge job in an amazing time. We would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
Groundwork / Foundations
Shed base extension Luke was great from start to finish and very professional. He managed to make us of our existing base and extended it. Finished product was a level and neatly finished concrete base. In addition, a few slabs were moved for us at no extra charge - going above and beyond. We would highly recommend Luke and will be back if more work is needed. Thanks Luke!
Garden Wall
Luke was very efficient and did the job in a day. It was seamless (taking it back to ground and rebuilding a low retaining wall) and I'm really pleased with the result (including mixing in reclaimed bricks with my own repurposed ones from original garden wall in a v natural way). The wall looks both new, and if it's been there for years. Would def recommend.
