With over 40years experience in the plumbing and heating industry I feel that my skills are well capable of covering most types of work involved in domestic and commercial properties.
My main work is the complete design,installation and commissioning of gas fired boiler heating installations for existing and new build properties all to current gas safe and building regulations.
My work also covers the maintenance and repair of all types of plumbing and heating systems to include boilers pumps tanks valves controls and pipe work services.
I undertake all plumbing and water services work including broken toilets, immersion heaters,showers pumps,taps,sinks waste and soil systems.
Gas pipework and gas safety checks and inspections for private customers,landlords and local housing authorities.
An emergency breakdown service for heating and plumbing is provided out of normal working hours.

It was one of the hottest days of the year and as the boiler is upstairs there was a lot of up and down stairs. Replaced faulty glands and valve. Came on time and the job took longer than I expected.

Mr Mcintyre was quick to respond, and came almost immediately. He was very polite, and careful not to bring dirt into the house. It was obvious he was a very experienced and competent tradesman, and he completed the task to a high standard at a reasonable cost.
