Mick viewed the job and came in under quote. It took him the amount of time he had specified and he talked me through what he was going to do and completed the job as discussed. Mick also cleared my gutters while up fixing the roof for little charge on top of the quote. Mick fixed some featherboards that had been blown down due to the windy weather for no extra charge. He noticed another little job that needed doing and is returning to sort that for me too. Would recommend and certainly use again.

Couldn't get Michael to return to rectify the leaks. Was advised to write to him giving 10 days in which to return. In this time he made 3 appointments and cancelled each one. Since then he has made no contact at all.

  Been back twice.2nd time cleaned gutters for nothing.A new gutter was fitted in january this year, there was no problems until next door had a new 1 fitted and they did not use the proper connector,(twinplas Connector).Who ever fitted the gutter next door bodged it, and this customer thinks its up to me to repair it.never had problems like this look at my history, been with rated people over 3 years.i hope all customers of mine are happy if not i would not be in business

  by the way the gutter didnt leak for 6 months,we did it in january and then she had the cheek to try and blame it on us.we made £70.00 profit on this job and there was nothing wrong with the work until next door had 1 fitted.
