Wooden / Metal / Wire Fences
Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
Pointing / Repointing
The work was carried out at my elderly father's house and he is extremely happy with the work and efficiency of the job done correctly
Garden Maintenance
Did some gardening which was good but was supposed to come every three weeks. Hasn't responded to What's App or SMS messages and hasn't kept to his promise. Understood, that he wasn't well but would have been a better rating if he'd kept his promise. Unfortunately, poor communication.
External Wall Painting
A very pleasant gent and very professional job and quick. More than satisfied with the work would use again
Garden Maintenance
He charged me £800 for 3 hour's work. Got the front garden nicely sorted out but only removed the leaves from the back garden, leaving the weeds untouched. When I looked at his estimate, that was all he had said he would do, in spite of my agreeing verbally to £800 to sort out the whole garden. Be careful!
