Phil was helpful and courteous, and flexible when the timing of parts of the job had to change (not at all his fault). I would recommend him and his team.
Loft Conversion
0/5 stars. He was paid as agreed & left, mid project. Our house remains a building site with open drainage, exposed live electrics, expensive wood flooring that is now puckering due to incorrect installation & many other 'completed' jobs that now require removal and redoing, at our expense. Phil left our drive a mess with rubbish we had paid him to remove. Towards the end, he repeatedly requested money upfront for incomplete works & when we finally refused he packed his tools & left (while we were at work).

Phil , thanks for your feedback anyway but you supposed to say that you work for estate agency and trying to do all work cheaper than basic market prices. All my clients are happy with my quotes and everything goes smooth without any negotiations with the prices . good luck with cheapest builders ! Unfortunately for high quality work you must pay little bit more than 1/5 of the basic price . Thank you .
