Bathroom Design
Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. He proved to be reliable and very polite. He has since done some further minor jobs in our new home and I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a good plumber. His partner James Taylor is an excellent tiler and electrician, together they can do most jobs.

Excellent job started and finished within my allocated time, Both Ryan & James worked well arriving on time and seeing the job through, the job ran into unforeseen problems with water damage behind bathroom wall, setting myself a budget I didn't disclose, the job was finished under budget and were very happy with the end result. 10/10
Bathroom Installation
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability of this company. Cancelled on us less than 24 hours before they were due to begin the work and then advised that they would not be able to fit the work back in until the end of April (one and a half months later than originally planned). This has cost me a considerable amount of time and effort and i have passed up other companies who actually wanted to complete the work. Will not be considering RC Plumbing for and future work.

Am very sorry that you are understandably disappointed that we were unable to carry out the work however you failed to agree payment terms until the start date which was too late and we had no option but to bring other work forward. As discussed we are more than happy to carry out the work at a later date. Dispite providing two quotations due to change of requests and informing us the work would be completed at Christmas by another company we still came back when requested to accommodate.
