Radiator
Ryan did a great job replacing our bathroom radiator. Cannot recommend enough!

The radiator was replaced and the job done promptly at first. A week or two later the brackets that hold the radiator started to come off so the radiator tilted and became very unsafe. After contacting Ryan he promised to come back and sort everything out, but after two scheduled visits he still hasn't turned up. Very unprofessional and quite disappointing as i though we found a good plumber we can use in the future, but it's definitely not the case now!
Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Arranged a visit (date and time) to inspect for a quote. Did not appear at all, and did not respond to follow-up.
