Fantastic job! I would recommend! they didn't exactly what I wanted and expected! They made sure I was happy with everything before they left! They arrived when they said they would and got on with the job!

Weatherpoint never contacted me and neither did anyone else therefore I will not be using a Rated People again. So much for 738 tradesmpen meeting my criteria. My work will commence on Monday next through my own efforts in researching a tradesman. Selected 1 star simply because I couldn't list my comments without doing so.

Hello Anne its alan/Chris this is where we purchase our jobs Chris does the GROUDWORKS and I do the pointing we labour for each other so we have work through out the year. Ive bin wondering why we have lost most of the jobs we've purchased until ive just had a email with a bad rating from yourself if your happy with the work we carried out on your property could you please take your rating off and put another on please. My comments relate to Weaterpoint who as far as I was aware did not do my work. That was not the name of the company who eventually did my work. My work was carried out by C&A Groundworks. If there is a connection I was not made aware of it.
Brick & Stone Cleaning
I hired Weatherpoint to clean the front of my house. Alan the boss explained that he could not re-pin the wires to the brickwork until the cement had dried between the bricks and that he would return in approximately a week. He also said the work was guaranteed and that he would send my invoice via email. Its been three weeks now and he has done neither of these things despite my emailing, phoning him and texting him. The wires are hanging away from the walls and the front of my house looks awful.

Hia Geraldine it's alan from weather point it's bin awhile since I pointed your front I stopped working a few weeks after finishing your house to care for my dad through cancer your job was the last1 I done ive only gone bk on rated people a few weeks ago after my dad lost his battle it's no excuse and I am sorry if you thought I'd took took the piss I am willing to reimburse you for getting your wires putting back by someone else and again i am sorry I've allways took pride in the work I do.
