Who do I need? - Plumber, Damp Detector, Builder?

Structural survey found small unexplained damp patch on ceiling in downstairs bathroom. No obvious cause above or externally. Registering "wet" on surveyor's damp meter. Which trade would be best to consult/do some investigations?
