We are in the process of offering on the purchase of a house. We have noticed that there is a big crack in the shower tray which runs across the tray to the plug hole. The lady selling the house says it does not leak but we think it should be replaced. The size is 1200 x 850 cm. Any idea how much it would be to replace the tray taking into account the screens would have to be removed and replaced as well. Will post the job once we have bought the property but need to know if this is an expensive job.
