Hi Norma you need both, a plumber and a tiller, or a handyman if you can find someone experienced enough for both tasks. Alternatively you can contact a bathroom refurbishment specialist company like ourselves, the trouble being we don't take projects under £2000 and as it sounds your project is far less, workmanship wise.
