Options for sloping wall - wall leans towards me

I've just brought a flat and the bathroom has no shower. Above the bath taps the wall leans towards me and there's no wall at the other end of the tub, there's a gap then the sink. What are my options in getting a shower rail fixed to the sloping bit?

Hi sally, Best option I can think of is fit a separate shower on the wall above the bath I e long edge of Bath and fit a shower curtain round bath hope this helps regards Alistair Ewen a and m bathrooms mansfield.
