Hi Richard, If this tradesperson has expressed interest in a job you've posted through Rated People, we will have emailed you to let you know. Within the email would be a link to this tradesperson's profile page. If you have trouble finding the email (I recommend checking spam!), you can view the profile and ratings of the tradesmen interested in your job by logging in to your account online at ratedpeople(dot)com/local/login. If you select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list, you'll be shown a list of tradesmen interested in your job and the links to their profile pages. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you have download the Find a Tradesman mobile app and are using this instead. Kind regards, Natalie The Ask an Expert Team
