9kv would be better and Mira is a very good make , but you have poor mains pressure won't make a lot of difference, thermostatic shower and pump would cost around £300 , good Mira probably slightly more. , of the pump you have more hot water , from the hot water tank compare to a tiny instant heater in a electric shower, thermostatic shower the water is mix giving better control over the temperature
