Wet room floor

I had a wet room done by SecTec from your site. Not a good job. He had to come back and redo the floor. However I bought new tiles and a tray for the next time. The grouting between the tiles keeps disintegrating.... The tiling provider has said that again he has not laid the floor correctly and it will keep happening. Do you agree and where do I stand with this person. Can I get any refund so I can pay another company to do this job?
