We are thinking about buying a property that is absolutely great. Only problem, it doesn't have a wc. (Proper bathroom is upstairs.) The current owner said the ground floor cupboard can easily be turned into an extra toilet (wc). It's convenient as well because water supply is right behind the wall. How much would it cost to install a wc?
