I would like a tile grout restorer to rectify the stained and mouldy tile grout and sealant in a bathroom and an en-suite shower room in Highgate, London

Hi Cheryl, you could try Cillit Bang Black Mould Remover. I have used this previously and the results are good. However, depending on how stained the area is you may need to think about replacing the grout & sealant. You will be able to pick the Cillit Bang Black bottle up at your local supermarket.
