Who should I call to fix a 'moisture related' crack in my bathroom?

I have a crack in my bathroom that seems to be moisture related. Can anyone recommend someone who can fix it? Also, what kind of tradesman do I need to call in? Is it a bathroom fitter or a plasterer? Thanks.
