How much would I expect to pay to replace a like for like bathroom if supplied myself. Floor tiled and tiles around the shower/bath and also like for like small downstairs toilet replacement again I would provide the toilet.

Will obviously vary depending on size of room/amount of tiling etc. Also, different tradesmen can charge wildly different amounts for similar jobs. £2000 labour (very loose estimate)
