Really bad job

Iv had a complete new bathroom fitted with a traidsman on here and it’s a bad job. Tiling is bad and plumbing is leaking on the rad and toilet waste. He’s tried to fix the towel rad 5 times and wants to charge me to look at it again. But I don’t want that man back in my house. I have no faith in his shoddy work and it really needs all doing again. £4500 down and I wish I’d never used rated People to look for a traids man. Do I have any insurance with rated people?? And can this man keep doing rubbish work to others. ??

rated people do not take any risk on their selves. sadly what I know as a tradesman very few checks are done compared to other sites and because of that you do get bad tradesman but 99.9% are genuine but because rated people have left their door open checks were missed
