I would like to feedback on a terrible experience, nasty man

How do I feedback on this site? A plumber tried to overcharge us for materials & a skip that wasn’t ordered. When we queried the 500 overcharge, the plumber got very nasty. Claimed all sorts of things & overstepped the professional boundary. Threatened us & made other relairs & items up to try to get the £500 he wanted to overcharge for. Bizarre & worrying. I have reported him to the police as he’s really unhingeg when crossed
