Is there a way to join a shower waste pipe to a 110mm bend

No way of going through outside wall. Soil pipe concreted in so no moving. And a small bend. Cant lift pipe as would need to raise shower and pipes would be above floor

I’m afraid that if there is no possibility of the waste pipe being lowered then the shower tray will have to be raised
