Replacing a bathtub with shower, is it a lot of work?

Posted by Rahul Bajaria, on
Hi, I currently have a bath (1700x700) that requires replacement due to rust/leaking. I would like to replace it with a shower/shower tray/screen instead of a bath but would also like to keep the costs to a minimum. I have read about a 'riser' which may save on plumbing? Is this true? I would just like to know the best way to go about this and a rough cost of the work involved. Please let me know your ideas!

Hi Rahul, It’s really hard to gauge this without photos! And this is very dependant on where the pipework runs in the bathroom/walls etc. But usually always doable, when there is a will there’s a way I guess! Do you have anymore details/photos? Get in touch. Optimal Solutions
