Resealing a bath

I had a bath put in to replace a tired looking shower cubicle. The tiling was not changed but cut to fit the bath and therefore not double sealed. I have removed the old sealant and replaced but should I consider retiling the bathroom to help reduce risk of leaks if sealant fails? Thanks
