Good evening Jamie, any reduction in price will be down to the individual contractor, that being said, you will find yourself in a strong position to ask for at least a partial discount.

Hi. My red brick semi was built in 1903 and needs repointing (whole house). Funny enough, so does my neighbours! Can I expect a discount for doing 2 properties if they are done at the same time, or won't it matter.
