Hi it all depends on the finish and how want to go about doing i have done a few garage converstion if its only sitting room would be around £5000 if you want me to call and price it i am from derby Hope this helps or gives you an idea Thanks colin

Depends on where you live Wendy but in my area Nottinghamshire I have done quite a few garage conventions ranging from £4000 to £6500 depending on spec hope this helps kind regards Alistair
