How to remove concrete disabled ramps encroaching damp course

Posted by M W, on
Hi. I've recently purchased my first home. A previous owner had concrete disabled ramps installed front and back which the surveyor says are encroaching the bituminous felt damp course causing damp inside. How much does it cost to remove these please and is it a job I could do myself (highly practical DIY/Gardner)?

Hi. This is an easy job you can do yourself. It is just a matter of the right tools. I would recommend that you hire a medium / heavy duty breaker from a reputable tool hire company and give it a go. Once it starts breaking it gets easier. Hope this helps.
