Rough idea of cost to repoint 4 bedroom semi

I’m buying a house and the survey has suggested that all pointing be re-done, especially on the south facing rear of the property. Roughly how much would this cost in total?

Good afternoon Nikki, as a very rough guess, allow 20m2 on the front, 20m2 on the back and 50m2 on the side. Total 90m2 Price per meter varies between £40 and £70 depending on style and material. Guide price allow between £3600 and £6300 usually much closer to bottom price to be honest. If you're in Kent look us up. FocalPoint Repointing
