Potential underfloor problems

The edge of the carpet by the skirting board is slightly damp and the floor seems to have sunk a little bit in the corner of the room. The floorboards are squeaking and sound lose in that area. I am not sure what type of tradesman I need.

Hi mark Check the ground outside see if it is high in your damp course any good builder should be able to tell you what’s going on Tx gary GC construction
