And if you try to contact the homeowner and you weren't given a fair opertunity to quote, it's a 50 / 50 whether you will get your lead credited back to you, of which this has happened to me today ! I have reached my lead credit for the week, that's strange, I have only been crediting once this week ! I am absolutely rajing as they say

i to fell foul of this rule you can only get x amount of credits in a certain time i suspect its one per year i could see no mention of a limit in the terms maybe admin could post the relevant section here

Hi Jamie From personal experience, i have never had an issue, if the homeowner doesnt respond or when contacted tells me they dont need or have already given the job out, i have requested lead credit and always been successful Remember rated people contact the customer and query why they didn't respond or allow you to quote, their response also is taken into account in their decision Regards Tom

I tryed to make contact ! Never happened! Put in for a call back request ! Got a txt msg from the homeowner stating that the job had been taken, have a nice day ! Put in for a credit request ! Got declined ! Exceeded my credit refund limit ! ( funny that, Iv only had one this week)

It normally takes three days to claim any money back. The team at rated people will check with your client to make sure you have done everyone right to win a quote and price correctly. If you have quoted and still trying to get your money back then you will not receive a lead back. No money will be put back into your account you will receive a lead up to the same amount you spent I hope this helps
