Trace and leak repair

I have had a new pipe replaced that had been leaking behind a panel in the downstairs room. I need someone to check and shorten the new pipe. I also need a panel replaced that boxes in the stackpipe. I also need the wall replastered or skimmed as there is some water damage. The laminate floor needs replacing. I am not sure which tradesman to hire . Please advise.
