Leads do not contact

What happens if the leads purchased do not make contact? Even after telephoning and emailing and leaving messages - Do we get a refund?

Hi Josh Rated have a refund policy in place whereby should you fail to make contact with the customer, or the customer doesnt return your calls or the job was already completed or not going ahead, you can apply for a refund, they will then verify this and if approved they refund you, however be mindful of applying for leads for no reason as they will be refused.
